Dear Smart supporter,

Sign our petition today to protect Denver youth!

Next Tuesday, March 16, 2021, Denver City Council is considering opting into an ordinance to allow marijuana social consumption in “hospitality establishments” open to anyone 21 years or older.

Please sign our petition and forward to your friends and neighbors  before next Tuesday to inform Council of the importance of securing youth protections in Denver.

The petition simply asks Denver City Council to require that marijuana social consumption clubs be at least 1,000 feet from where children are and to uphold the ban on outdoor advertising to include clubs.

Thank you for your continued support to protect kids from the harms of continued and expansive marijuana commercialization in Denver. Please contact info@smartcolorado.org with any questions.

With gratitude for you, Your Smart CO team

One Chance to Grow Up is an initiative developed by Smart Colorado that focuses on protecting kids across the nation from the dangers of today’s marijuana. We don’t take sides on the politics of legalization for adults but instead serve as a reliable resource for parents, media, policymakers, and all those who care about kids. Started by concerned parents, we’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supported by charitable contributions.
